Your subscription plan is paid upfront and monthly. Remaining hours do not get rolled over, but you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time.
Our headquarters are located in Atlanta, GA, and of our thrive assistants are located in El Salvador, Jamaica, Mexico, and the Philippines.
There is no contract. You are billed month-to-month and there is no cancellation fee or penalty.
Your thrive assistant can communicate with you in the most convenient communication method for you, (phone, email, and Skype) We recommend using Skype since you can make calls, chat, and upload files totally free.
It depends on the work you need help with. If you are a client that needs a large variety of tasks completed you may have multiple team members that you’re working with. For example our outbound sales team member may not be the best at graphic design and vice versa and we always want to give you the best person for the job.
The hourly rate depends on what type of team member you need and how much experience you would like for them to have.
We employ the team member and offer their awesome skills to you. We take care of recruiting, hiring, training, payment, productivity management, and all the other complications that come with outsourcing to give you the easiest and most cost effective way to outsource.
